When creating a new BlackBox release the following steps and checks should be carried out:
1. Create an 'Infrastructure' issue in the redmine issue tracker and reference that issue in all commits related to this release.
2. Set the appropriate version number and release phase according to BlackBox Versioning Strategy in the following file,
appbuild/AppVersion.txt
2. Check if the copyright year is set to the current year in the files listed below. If not, set it now.
